Meet Alex

Alex Glunt is an associate in Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd’s Columbia office. She handles a diverse range of litigation matters, with a particular focus on financial services litigation.
 
Alex represents commercial banks, loan servicers and other financial service providers with complex business litigation matters and consumer disputes involving state and federal consumer law, foreclosures and collections. She also represents creditors in consumer bankruptcy, including preference defense work, adversary proceedings and motions for relief from stay.
 
She defends landlords and tenants in commercial lease disputes.
 
Alex represents motor vehicle dealers in consumer warranty, financing and statutory compliance claims.

While in law school, Alex served as Student Works Editor for the South Carolina Law Review and was President of the Labor & Employment Law Society.
